Lord, grant me the courage to be true to myself, and to you.
Help me to perceive your energy within me, and surrounding me,
through the elements and all that is living.
May this energy be amplified through me with love
to help those in need and dispell negativity.
So that, with knowledge and compassion I may convey your light.
